This was my first time using Roseland Florist. I ordered bright purple tulips online for my girlfriend to be delivered to her work from 1-3pm. Needless to say, The order got delivered at 3:45 pm and they were pink tulips with a purple ribbon. I am a little upset.
My mom was recovering from surgery and I wanted to send her a nice boquet to brighten her day. I just called in, told them the budget I had to work with, named a couple flower types I'd like to be in the arrangement, and left the rest to their discretion. The resulting arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. The variety of flowers and the matching bright colors were more than I ever expected. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for that special arrangement, that's just right for the occasion, for the perfect price.
I ordered roses for my grandmas funeral spend 133.00 dollars for a deluxe and when i got to the funeral home. And seen what they brought. I was so upset. It wasnt what i oredered. Very disappointed.
I give this place 0 stars!!! I ordered a nice flower arrangement (all her favorite flowers) for my moms funeral. We arrived the church and looked around and didn’t see them, needless to say I was upset! I called them and they said the delivery was on its was, This was 30 minuets before the receiving of friends was to start. One hour later a delivery came and mine was not in it. I called back and ask again where my Moma’s flowers were? We had ordered and paid in full 2 days prior, so they ask my name and said they couldn’t fine my order. They lost my order!!! At this time I was really upset! She told me she would call me right back. Right back meaning 4 hrs later
