I live in Alabama and had the death of a precious Uncle that lived in Old Fort, NC. I went on line to find a local florist to send flowers. Michael that owns Blooming Iris, was my first contact when I called. This florist delivered the best customer service I have received in a long time. Will definitely use and recommend him and his shop to others.
Very very last minute short notice call - everyone that knows me probably says this is expected of me, but what is definitely not expected is for someone to be this accommodating right before closing time. Michael is a professional, he went above and beyond. He put something together for me and delivered it within short order. He texted me before it was sent out for my approval (it was actually much better than I imagined) and everything was done over the phone in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this business, it truly was a pleasure!
I found Blooming Iris on the internet. I needed flowers for a family funeral that I couldn't attend. The funeral was for a family member that I didn't know well, either. Michael was so helpful on the phone. He figured out the right arrangement, and my family really appreciated the flowers. I don't know how any florist could do better flowers, or give better service at a difficult time. Blooming Iris is a business that deserves to prosper!
