I can only speak on the service department, it's one of the top rated in the state and it shows. Friendly, helpful, fast, and very highly trained. Even fixed my old Chevy truck when nobody else could, these young men are mechanics not parts changers

I'm in the market to buy a car and I personally am from marion nc born and raised. I went here wanting to support my local dealer ship to look at a jeep wrangler that I was very interested in. Salesman Carroll Kirkpatrick started showing me the jeep and I was explaining to him the ways I would like to go either trade or pay some down. Was asking some questions and he interrupted me and said "I think you are just wasting my time". That took me by surprise because as a fellow salesman you don't ever know what kind of money the customer has in there pocket. I had been down to the Ford place in Morganton NC earlier that morning and got some awesome customer service and numbers and Mr Kirkpatrick looks at me and says "If they wouldn't let you trade at the Ford place then your not going to be able to do it here". First of all the Ford place didn't say I couldn't trade I told them I wanted to look at my other options. I do not think the Carroll Kirkpatrick should have a job in sales because I don't know about other people but I definitely would not want to buy a car or buy anything from anyone who thinks customers are a waist of his time.
We were very happy with the dealership. We saw the deal on CarGurus and handled everything by phone. The salesman was very nice and easy to deal with.
