Since my watch would not keep time properly, I took my watch in to be repaired. Griffith Jewelers sent it out to be fixed since he does not make in-house repairs. After waiting weeks for the watch to be fixed, within 24 hours of getting it back, the watch still would not keep time properly. I took the watch back for adjustments twice. The watch still would not work properly. I got totally disgusted with this jeweler and his lies. I told it to another jeweler, in Asheville, NC to check the watch. Upon examining the watch, no old parts were replaced. Griffith Jeweler's repair person did not replace the necessary worn out part(s), as needed. The old worn parts, which caused the watch not to work originally, were just put back into place. Thus, the "so called repair" did not fix the original problem. I paid for my watch to be repaired, but actually it did not fix anything. The only one to benefit from this was the jeweler's pocket. I will NEVER go back to Griffith Jewelers. Save you money and go elsewhere.
Took my watch to be repaired as it was losing time. They took great care of me and my watch is now keeping better time than it ever had before. The price was more competitive than any other jeweler that I'd consulted for the same work. Couldn't be happier.
