The only reason I am even giving 1 star is it requires me to. I purchased bunkbeds and mattresses here 6 months ago. 3 months after i had it the bottom mattress broke. I thought it was just one bad experience. I went 1 1/2 weeks ago and we purchased a bedroom suite with mattress and box spring. This was on a friday. They set up delivery for Wednesday. We waited and waited all day till 2 and finally called them. They stated they would be out soon. About 10 minutes later they called and said oh we are sorry the headboard came in severely damaged we are going to have to reorder. They told us the new one would be in friday and they would deliver friday. After that I called complaining about their lack of good customer service skills and they said it would be Monday.Yes I was pissed and ugly at this point. I called corporate to file a complaint due to the blondes lack of sales knowledge, customer service skills or people skills for that matter. Well Monday came no bed or no call. We called the store and they said corporate said we wanted to cancel our order. I called corporate back because we never said to cancel the order. Corporate called the store and the blonde said the order wasn't cancelled that it was never rescheduled for delivery. The blonde is a pathological liar. She does not need a job in sales she is a idiot. So we have now been without a bed for a week. I wish we would have went with Austin furniture to start with in which we ended up doing. They actually care about their customers. We got a better deal and same day delivery. I would never recommend Badcock in Marion to anyone ever. I definitely wouldn't recommend you have the blonde assist you.The owner isn't much better. He ended up cancelling our order because we left a bad review. I guess he couldnt handle the truth about his store. We were planning on cancelling at that point anyways.I had intentions on buying a living room suite and dining room set but I will take my business to Austin Furniture. Badcock in Marion definitely isn't customer friendly.
GREAT service and furniture, even though one of our couvjhes was on back order and didn’t deliver until 20 days later than it was originally suppose to be here. only thing that’s bad is... they let my indoor cat outside and didn’t even let us know, she was gone for 6 hours. we called them and they said she was on the porch stairs...
When my TV went out I didn't have money to pay for one outright so I started looking around for a rent to own and I found Badcock their prices are great and staff will work with you if you can't make a payment on time
Very helpful , friendly always remember your name can not go wrong with badcock they sell all grades of furniture you get what you pay for what I have purchased has been # 1 grade very satisfied with all my purchases
