Great place. Dr. Grindstaff is awesome. He is quick, polite, and gets the job done. I never thought an extraction could be so quick and comfortable. Very clean facilities and everyone is so warm and friendly. Definitely my new dentist. Affordable prices for the uninsured. Thanks for such great service.
Absolutely terrible experience. I was sent to this office by the Army for two fillings. The dentist determined additional fillings were necessary and I opted to pay out of pocket for them.
Grindstaff dentist was a emotional experience, my feeling had came out after many years, I called several dentist in my area all put me on a two, too 4week waiting period luckly I came across grindstaff dentist, they care about you above others, they got me in with in 48 hours an professionally filled my tooth, from the female at the front desk to the dentist in the back was a friendly comfortable experience, please don't wait in pain give grindstaff a try, I'm 100% pain free thanks to grindstaff an his extent staff.
Dr Grindstaff is a terrible dentist!! And I truly truly dislike him.I went in for a filling and had to revisit him 3 times because he couldn't do his job correctly the first time. on a separate occasion he didn't numb my gums completely and during the drill i felt it so i pushed back and he yelled at me that i should've just said something.... all while 4 fingers are in my mouth...gotcha. that happened twice where he didn't numb my gums correctly.
Bottom line.... these people are jerks. Don’t waster your money, go to someone else.
Two days later I get a call from a Christina who launched into a sermon on my bill and wouldn’t stop talking. When I tried to interject to explain that my concern didn’t have anything to do with what she was talking about she told me “no I’m going to finish” and kept talking. When she finally stopped gabbing I explained that my call was about their billing me for Army paid services and her response was to hold the phone away from her head and mute “oh my goodness” like I was wasting her time.
A couple weeks later I get a bill for almost $1,000 dollars and call to find out what’s going on. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me that someone else would call me back by the end of the day.
Dr. Grindstaff is the best and all the staff is too. He is kind, honest, and won't tell you that you need something done if you don't. We drive a hour away because they are so good. The building is nice and clean too.
