Derek's is a great place for car service. He's honest and prices are fair. I live an hour away and will always see Derek when my truck needs attention.
My van broke down at my grand daughters VBS. We called around finally got someone to come pick it up. After getting it in the shop the next morning, they told me a list of things that was causing it. So I told them not to mess with it and I brought it to Derek's Muffler where he told me he would find the problem asap. He then contacted me and told me it was the fuel pump. After just fixing that one part, my van was working perfectly again. This is the best shop in Marion, and I will continue to bring my vehicles to this affordable and reliable place.

I don't know about the rest of the people around here but this is nothing more than a rip off establishment. I am having to take them to court for doing work that was not necessary. Then when confronting the mechanic about how he came up with his diagnosis of my vehicle he had nothing to say except smile and turn around for robbing me. Yes robbing me! Friendly is not the word for having the owner try to attack you cause he just got caught ripping you off... Had to call the police... I will do everything I can to have this establishment closed......
